"It takes them weeks or sometimes they don't even get back with you to get questions answered. My rates went up without an explanation. The purpose of having a local agent is to create a relationship which is non-existent."

"Stay away from State Farm and this office in particular. After paying them for 7 years and having couple car accidents that were not our fault, our insurance went up, they never checked on us and they also cover up things. Tim Tran and all his team did nothing for us and on top of all that, after we have dropped them and went with someone else, they charged our account again! Which is illegal and now it is pain in the ass to get that money back because they are saying we have to send a check. We are entertaining the thought of going to see an attorney about this whole experience"

We’ve made multiple attempts to reach out via calls and texts regarding your policy reviews, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response. While we do require advance notice to stop auto-payments, once we were informed of your cancellation, we promptly issued a refund check. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it caused."

"A couple years ago, Tyler at Tim Tran State Farm nearly cut my Geico insurance IN HALF! Finally recognized for my good driving and how little I actually drive. Thank you Tyler. ///// Well it's 2024 and I bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla to have better safety features. However that seemed to really cost me NOW, as STATE FARM jacked my insurance! The CEO of STATE FARM makes $24.5 million!!!🤷 ANOTHER UPDATE: In March 2025 they dropped my rate $25 a month after hurricane season, I was a bit surprised but let's see what happen in the next 6 months premium. Thank you."

"Jena Brown has been my agent since I started driving at 16. She’s been supporting me for 21yrs - through high school, college, and now my adult life. She always picks up the phone - and if she’s busy, she’s quick to call me back.
