Meet Jena Brown! She has lived in Seminole her entire life.  Jena has been with State Farm and in this office for 26 years!  Jena and her husband Tom have been happily married for 32 years.  They have 2 children and two grandchildren who love to come and visit their Gigi at the office as much as possible. Jena is our bond girl at Tim Tran State Farm.

Meet Tyler Aronowitz! Tyler's background in the pawnshop industry and customer service. His favorite part of the job is helping find and inform customers of the coverages that will protect them from financial loss at home and at their businesses as well as interacting with the amazing team we have built here at Tim Tran State Farm. Tyler likes to travel and spend time with my family. Tyler also used to play guitar in a rock band!

Meet Kaitlyn Bears! Kaitlyn was born and raised in Clearwater, FL. She only moved out of Clearwater to Tampa to study at the University of Tampa. Kaitlyn's background is in customer service and marketing. Her favorite part of the job is being there for our customers and helping them in a time of need. She is licensed in Florida as well as Texas to assist customers who need life insurance. Kaitlyn loves to travel and cheer on her favorite Tampa Bay sports teams. 

Meet Patrick Dupeire! Patrick is from Seminole but has lived in St. Augustine as well. He has a background in the restaurant industry and received his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. Patrick's favorite part of the job is learning new things each day and using that information to help our customers. He loves to travel and has been to Southeast Asia and Europe.

Meet Hai Nguyen! Hai was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam. Hai’s background in photography. Hai speaks English and Vietnamese. His favorite part of the job is helping customers protect themselves and their loved ones as well as provide great customer service. Hai loves to spend time with family & friends and capture beautiful moments around the world.

Meet Sherrie Glow! She is our Team trainer. She does such an amazing job at her role of knowing technical knowledge, organizing, leadership, communication, and education. Sherrie fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ongoing education and professional development to make sure our team is at our greatest practices and industry trends.

Meet Ashley Chambliss! Ashley is from St. Petersburg and has lived in the area for her entire life except a 6 month trip to Texas where she learned to dance. Ashley has extensive experience in the customer service industry from serving for nearly 10 years. Her favorite part of her job is being able to connect with customers and knowing that she is doing everything she can to help them on a needs basis. When she is not working, she enjoys going line dancing and/or swing dancing, going to the Lightning games, and, most of all hanging out with her 2 1⁄2 year old little boy. She strives to become a momma and person that he will be proud of.

Meet Hannah Gorby! Hannah grew up in Michigan but has lived and worked in hospitality all over the country. She even lived for a year in Australia. Her favorite part of the job is being able to learn new skills while helping customers with all their insurance service needs. She’s excited to begin her career here at Tim Tran State Farm. In her free time you can catch her training her dog Delta.

Meet Alex Tran! He is a Service Agent and is great at communication and is capable of empathetically listening to customer concerns and creating a solution. He has great dedication and leaves a long-lasting Positive impression on customers. And one fun facts about Alex is that he is a DJ!

Meet Clay Cheatham! He is currently in college and plans to go into communications/mass media journalism. Clay was born and raised here in Seminole. Clay’s favorite part of his job is getting to make relationships with customers and interacting with the team. Clay loves to play guitar and spend time with his friends!
